Overview
A journey to visit two heritages that have unique legend
Prambanan Temple and Ratu Boko are connected by a legend about Princess Roro Jonggrang. You can find the interesting story there.
Let’s start this tour at your preferred time from Yogyakarta City or Borobudur. First you can visit Prambanan Temple that has Roro Jonggrang stone statue in it. After this, we move to a hill by a car for about 30 minutes. Ratu Boko is located in half way up of the hill. So you can enjoy not only the heritage itself but also exhilarating view of Prambanan Plain and Mt. Merapi from Ratu Boko. Besides, Ratu Boko is one of the most popular sunset spots in Yogyakarta. So if your schedule allows, we recommend you to spend there in the evening.

Prambanan Temple
- There is no dress code to visit the temple.
There are many stairs, so walking shoes are recommended. - You will go around in Borobudur Temple Park in around 91℉/33℃ under the sunshine of daytime. A hat and a pair of sunglasses are recommended.
Can I visit other temples and a museum in Prambanan Temple Park?
Yes, you can. No need to pay for entrance of other temples and the museum. But if you ride on a cart/toy train/bicycle to go there, you should pay for the tickets of the vehicle around Rp 10,000 - Rp 20,000 per person.
Can I have lunch during the tour?
Yes, you can. Because food rules during travelling is variety and sensitive, we don't include lunch in our tours. But we have calculated lunch time in the itinerary. You can tell your driver/guide what you want to eat, so he/she will take you to a suitable restaurant on the way. Please pay for your lunch in the restaurant directly. If you want to have your lunch in a certain restaurant that is far from the route, additional car fee may be imposed.
