Borobudur Sunrise

• Sometimes visitors are requried to submit a passport. Just in case please bring your passport.
• A rental flashlight is included in the tour cost. In the case of rain, a raincoat is ready for you.
• There is no dress code to visit the temple.
  There are many stairs, besides sometimes the temperature in the dawn is around 64℉/18℃, so walking shoes and long-sleeve shirts are recommended.

Jomblang Cave

• In the cave, you will get dirty with mud. Please wear the suitable clothes for muddy activities.
• A rental helmet and a pair of boots are included in the tour cost.
• A flashlight, a pair of gloves, a towel, a shower cap, a set of clothes for change are recommended to bring.

Prambanan Temple

• You will go around in Prambanan Temple Park in around 91℉/33℃ under the sunshine of daytime. A hat and a pair of sunglasses are recommended.

Is it possible to push the pick-up time back to the later time?

For other sunrise tours, we accept of request about the pick-up time, but especially this tour, we don't recommend strongly. Because we would like to have time for exploring Borobudur Temple before the sunrise. Please agree with no chance for exploring Borobudur Temple in the case that you make your pick-up time delayed.

If rains, is this tour held?

First about Borobudur Sunrise, as long as Borobudur Temple opens the sunrise visit, we don't ask you to cancel the tour. If you would like to cancel the tour because of the bad weather on your tour day, please inform us your cancellation 1 hour 30 minutes before of your pick-up time by Email or WhatsApp* so that we can cancel your tour without cancellation charge. If you cancel your tour after the time, the cancellation charge is imposed according to our Cancellation Policy.
And about Jomblang Cave, if it's raining when we depart after Borobudur Sunrise, we will check the weather of Jomblang Cave. You can make a decision at the moment. In the case that it rains in Jomblang Cave after you arrived there, we just follow Jomblang Cave manager's decision.
In the cases that you/Jomblang Cave manager cancel Jomblang Cave activity due to bad weather, we will make a refund for the ticket (As the lunch box that is included in this tour is from Jomblang Cave Ticket, if Jomblang Cave activity is cancelled, the lunch are not provided neither).
*Cancellation by phone call is not acceptable.

Can I skip the breakfast that is included in the tour itinerary?

Yes, you can. But the breakfast in the tour itinerary is the breakfast at Manohara Resto that is included in the sunrise ticket. So, skipping the breakfast means waiving the breakfast, we can't make a refund nor discount for the breakfast.

Can I have vegetarian/vegan breakfast?

Yes, you can. We will ask the restaurant to make a vegetarian/vegan breakfast box. Please let us know your food preferene in advance.

Can I visit the museums of Borobudur Temple Park?

Limited to this tour, we can't afford to spare any time for the museums of Borobudur Temple Park.

Jomblang Cave has an age limit/height requirement?

No. Jomblang Cave doesn't require the age/height for its activity. It's all up to the participants to judge to join in its activity. But because Jomblang Cave doesn't prepare the boots for kids, if you bring your kid(s) to this activity, it's better to prepare the boots for your kid(s). 

Can I get vegetarian/vegan lunch?

The lunch box that is included in the tour is provided by Jomblang Cave. The villagers from around the cave prepare the lunch box with very simple Indonesian local foods. 
As long as you inform us your food preferene in advance, we make a request Jomblang Cave to prepare a vegetarian/vegan lunch box for you. But to be honest, there are several times that our past customers got a normal lunch box even we made a request. So, if you are very strict vegetarian/vegan, we recommend you to prepare a food by yourself in advance just in case (There are no grocery shops near the cave).

Can I visit other temples and a museum in Prambanan Temple Park?

Yes, you can. No need to pay for entrance of other temples and the museum. But if you ride on a cart/toy train/bicycle to go there, you should pay for the tickets of the vehicle around Rp 10,000 - Rp 20,000 per person.
