Borobudur Sunrise

• Sometimes visitors are requried to submit a passport. Just in case please bring your passport.
• A rental flashlight is included in the tour cost. In the case of rain, a raincoat is ready for you.
• There is no dress code to visit the temple.
  There are many stairs, besides sometimes the temperature in the dawn is around 64℉/18℃, so walking shoes and long-sleeve shirts are recommended.

Yogyakarta Royal Palace

• As this place is a living royal place, too casual clothes are not recommended. Wearing a hat/cap is prohibited.

Prambanan Temple

• You will go around in Prambanan Temple Park in around 91℉/33℃ under the sunshine of daytime. A hat and a pair of sunglasses are recommended.

Is it possible to push the pick-up time back to the later time?

Yes, it's possible. As the sun comes up around 5:45, at maximum you can push the pick-up time back 1 hour from the time in the itinerary.
But in this case, the good area for the sunrise is already occupied by other visitors who entered the temple just after the gate opens at 4:30. Possibly you can't get the good position for the sunrise. If you would like to see the sunrise at good position, we recommend you to go up to the temple at 4:30.

If rains, is this tour held?

As long as Borobudur Temple opens the sunrise visit, we don't ask you to cancel the tour. If you would like to cancel the tour because of the bad weather on your tour day, please inform us your cancellation 1 hour 30 minutes before of your pick-up time by Email or WhatsApp* so that we can cancel your tour without cancellation charge. If you cancel your tour after the time, the cancellation charge is imposed according to our Cancellation Policy.
*Cancellation by phone call is not acceptable.

Can I skip the breakfast that is included in the tour itinerary?

Yes, you can. But the breakfast in the tour itinerary is the breakfast at Manohara Resto that is included in the sunrise ticket. So, skipping the breakfast means waiving the breakfast, we can't make a refund nor discount for the breakfast.

Can I have vegetarian/vegan breakfast?

Manohara Resto offers you a buffet with some vegetarian/vegan selections. So you can select your preferred foods.

Can I visit the museums of Borobudur Temple Park?

Yes, you can. Because the breakfast is until 9:00, we recommend you to have time for the museums after your breakfast. No need to pay for entrance of the museums. In the case that you visit the museums, we'd be appreciated if you let us know in advance to avoid your driver look for you all over Borobudur Temple Park.

Can I skip Pawon Temple and Mendut Temple?

Yes, you can. Please inform us when you book a tour, so we can show you the tour cost that omit Pawon Temple and Mendut Temple Ticket.

Can I see Javanese dance in Yogyakarta Royal Palace?

From around 10:00, a Javenese traditional culture group has practice in the palace everyday. So you can see one kind of Javanese performance such as Javanese dance, chanting Javanese poems, Javanese music orchestra Gemelan, shadow show Wayang Kulit.

Can I visit other temples and a museum in Prambanan Temple Park?

Yes, you can. No need to pay for entrance of other temples and the museum. But if you ride on a cart/toy train/bicycle to go there, you should pay for the tickets of the vehicle around Rp 10,000 - Rp 20,000 per person.

Can I have lunch during the tour?

Yes, you can. Because food rules during travelling is variety and sensitive, we don't include lunch in our tours. But we have calculated lunch time in the itinerary. You can tell your driver/guide what you want to eat, so he/she will take you to a suitable restaurant on the way. Please pay for your lunch in the restaurant directly. If you want to have your lunch in a certain restaurant that is far from the route, additional car fee may be imposed.
